Electrical Safety Promoted to Chesterfield Residents
NAPIT are raising awareness of using competent, registered installers in the Chesterfield area with a new advertising consumer campaign taking place throughout June and July 2016.
Adverts carrying messages of using registered tradespeople will appear on buses, in local media and online, ensuring residents are better informed when searching for someone to carry out work in their homes. Both Chesterfield FC and Chesterfield Cricket Club will carry messages from NAPIT during the upcoming seasons and a new consumer leaflet will be distributed in the area, as well as being made available for installers to purchase on the online store and distribute to their customers incorporating their company details.
Michael Andrews, the NAPIT Group Chief Executive, said: "As an organisation, raising awareness of general electrical safety and, in particular, the use of registered, competent installers is vital to us. This new campaign is designed to continue on from our sponsorship of Chesterfield FC over the last three years and capitalise on the great exposure we’ve received in the area. This will form part of a wider strategy promoting the great work of our members to the general public."
