New Certificate Software Solution NAPIT FastTest
Trimble MEP and NAPIT have collaborated to develop a new version of FastTest, a certificate software solution for commercial, industrial and domestic electrical installations used across a range of sectors within the building services industry. Rather than retire the Trimble version of FastTest, Trimble have chosen to provide an option for their customers to migrate to the next generation of certification software, NAPIT FastTest.
NAPIT FastTest brings together the great features of both Trimble FastTest and NAPIT Desktop, and delivers a dynamic cloud synced software solution for the inspect and test industry. With NAPIT’s wealth of technical expertise, NAPIT FastTest has been designed and developed to meet the needs and demands of the end users.
Significant improvements have been incorporated within the NAPIT FastTest certification software to ensure that the functionality delivers faster loading of data, EICR Codebreaker observations within inspection schedules, high Zs warning notifications and much more. NAPIT FastTest is the only certification software that delivers interaction with the Trimble ProDesign electrical design software allowing design data to be imported to NAPIT FastTest for the complete documentation from design to verification to certification of the electrical installations.
FastTest Mobile has also been included in the NAPIT FastTest package to ensure site-based work can still be delivered using tablets. The introduction of the cloud sync software frees NAPIT FastTest from being shackled to the office network allowing a fully mobile solution to the NAPIT FastTest electrical certification software.
NAPIT FastTest will launch in November 2020, providing software support for transferring FastTest users. The software will also be available to purchase by anyone in the industry and the outputs are customisable to the user’s schemes and logos.
